Community guidelines
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Swooopz works when people feel safe being themselves. These guidelines are the short version of our Terms of Service; they apply to everything you do on Swooopz, in the app and on the website.
Be yourself
Use the name you go by and your real age. Use recent photos that are of you and belong to you. One account per person, and only for yourself.
Be respectful
Treat people the way you would want to be treated. If someone does not reply, unmatches or says no, take the answer and move on.
No harassment
No bullying, threats, stalking or intimidation, and no sending sexual messages or images to anyone who has not asked for them.
No hate
Do not attack or demean anyone for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other part of who they are.
No nudity in profile photos
Keep your profile photos clothed and free of sexual content. Profiles whose photos break this rule are suspended or banned.
No scams or solicitation
Never ask a member for money, gifts or financial details. No selling, advertising, promotion, recruiting or paid services of any kind. If someone asks you for money, report them.
Adults only
Swooopz is for people aged 18 and over. Do not include children in your photos, and never post, send or ask for anything that involves a child. Our child safety standards explain how we deal with it.
Report and block
If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them: they can no longer see you in Discover or message you. If they break these guidelines, report them from the menu on their profile card in Discover or from the menu in your chat with them. Reporting is anonymous: we never tell a member who reported them.
What happens if you break them
Depending on what happened, we suspend your account or ban you permanently. Serious or repeated breaches lead to a permanent ban, and anything illegal may be reported to the authorities.
